What if I am sick the morning of my lesson?

The cancellation policy is 24 hours before your appointment.  Please reach out if you want to adjust the type of lesson if you are sick.  We can always work on choosing rep, coaching, business questions, etc.  You also may cancel with payment in full.

What is your policy if Erin cancels?

If Erin books work or has an emergency we will always offer the soonest available time for a makeup lesson with $10 off for the inconvenience.

How do I pay for lessons?

Lesson payment info can also be seen on the EWS Studio Policies.  Venmo and Paypal are both accepted forms of payment.  You may also choose to pay when booking via Paypal.  You are responsible for paying by the day of the lesson.  Venmo: @erinwilsonofficial   Paypalhttps://paypal.me/erinwilsonstudio?locale.x=en_US

Can I reach out for song ideas?

If you would like help choosing new material or rep for your Audition Book please book a coaching!  Erin wishes she had enough time in the day to send ideas, but unfortunately there is only so many hours!

What do I do if I have a question in between lessons?

Please email Erin or the studio anytime, but know that it may take a day or two to hear back.  Please do not reach out via social media or to any other email address other than erin@erinwilson.com or info@erinwilson.com.  This is not because we don't want to hear from you, but it is hard to keep constant communication clear in many different areas.  Thanks in advance!

Is Erin currently accepting NEW students?

Erin is open to new students but unfortunately doesn't work with students under the age of 13.
